Job Description:
Lead the development and execution of integrated real estate related marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and client needs. Create and oversee high-impact visual assets across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Manage creative projects from concept to delivery, including print, digital, social, and environmental design, using skills in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital layout. Analyze market trends and audience insights to shape data-informed marketing decisions. Stay up to date with marketing technology, design software, and platform updates.

Requires a US Associate of Arts Degree in Advertising or Graphic Design. Will accept a foreign equivalent degree. Also requires two (2) years of experience as a Creative Director, Marketing Consultant, or Branding Consultant. Will work in Kissimmee, FL. Must have legal authority to work in the U.S.
